* We recommend registration at least two months before the start of the program.
* Remittance should be full payment.
* Cancellation Policy:
- Cancel more than 3 weeks prior to chosen starting date: full refund minus $120 service fee per person.
- Cancel within 3 weeks of chosen starting date: no refund.
* Rescheduling:
- Tuition can be applied to other weeks of attendance but changes can only occur two times.
- Rescheduling must be done one week before the previously chosen starting date.
* For students: Student’s ID card is required.
